POWK is a music industry data platform operated by Thankyu Limited, registered in England and Wales. It provides access to data on artists, venues, and UK music industry contacts for professional use.

2. Using the service

By using POWK, you agree to the following:

• You must use data obtained from POWK lawfully and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
• You may not resell or redistribute data purchased from POWK without written permission from Thankyu Limited
• You may not use the data for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose

3. Data purchases

• All sales are final unless the data provided is materially inaccurate
• Data is provided for your own internal business use only
• You are solely responsible for how you use the data in your campaigns and communications
• You must ensure your use of contact data complies with all applicable laws, including providing recipients with a way to opt out

4. Intellectual property

The POWK platform, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Thankyu Limited. Data exports purchased are licensed for your use and are not transferred to you in perpetuity - your licence to use the data is subject to these terms.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from use of the data
• Our maximum liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the relevant data purchase
• Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law
